NYS Small Business Development Centers
The New York State Small Business Development Center program, a joint effort of the U.S. Small Business Administration and the State University of New York, provides one-on-one counseling at no charge on all aspects of small business start-up and management and programs on selected aspects of these issues throughout the year. http://www.nyssbdc.org/
