The first round of investment was a $355,000 common stock purchase deal in November 2021. In the summer/fall of 2022, additional investment was made in the form of $705,000 convertible deal. The total investment to date is $1,060,000.
Currently, Small Town Cultures has 10 employees with the potential to grow significantly, as part of the financing enabled for property purchase for near-term growth.
